Yaoilicious is my fave adjective already. Haha. It's derived from the Japanese word Yaoi, wich is an anagramesque thing of the phrase "Yamatte! Ishiri ga Ittai!" (Pardon any bad spelling...) It means 'Stop! My ass hurts!' It's used to describe male/male relationships.
So, Yaoilicious is just really YUMMY Yaoi pairings.
