And so what ? She still has using a picture that is not hers, despite of the copyrights (which say "ALL RIGHTS RESERVED", please check it out, you'll see

So yes, this is a stealing. She does not have to claim this picture has hers, but it's exactly the same in terms of law.

This is the Internet. Please, now don't come and tell me that you never used something found on Google for a school project or for other things, downloaded a film or a music track, because I wouldn't believe you. Or that you have thoroughly researched EVERY author of what you used, because "otherwise it's stealing". She could have not known who the author is, like billions of people.

I make websites and graphic as a living, I know copyright law because I've studied it and I can personally tell you from YEARS of experience that, until you don't claim other work as your own or try to sell it, NOBODY CARES. Artgerm is one of the most popular digital artist on Deviantart, if he went to trace down every single person who was inspired by his work, made a forum set out of his work or simply saved it on his computer (yes, All Rights Reserved covers even this), he wouldn't even produce art anymore because there are tons of them.

It's not right, you say? Go and tell Deviantart admins that there's still the damn right click and "Save as..." button on every single pc on this planet.
