One of the last sketches in sketchbook #5. I was watching Sailor Moon when I was drawing this. I was always obsessed with the fashion in this anime. It was so dramatic and pretty. This is loosely modeled after the outfit Koan/Catzy wore. Plus I've been obsessed with drawing sad things lately. I'm not sure why. I'm not particularly sad.

IDK what's going on with her eyelashes. I went a little crazy. I'm trying to get better at drawing them.
