Description
This is to be honest just an "in between" piece I'm posting. I was about to post another waterscape photo / panorama but some things came up so the project will be a little delayed. Meanwhile I felt for posting something so that my fresh devs doesn't get cold ^^.This piece Entangle is an abstract render I had sticking around half finished. Saw it and remembered that I used to like that one in particullar actually due to the colour harmony and structure.
I know this is "the same shit blabla" that both me and tons of others here on DA already have posted but I don't care this time. I had this work half-done laying around and I wanted something to post that woulden't take too much time to get ready for a submit.
I DO like this one so it's not like I think it's nasty and post it anyways, I never post things I'm not happy or satesfied with, I see no purpouse with it.
Even the theme on it is used to it's fullest I still love it and will probably post more similar to this further on with some new fresh twists.
For you photolovers, more photos to come and for you celestial lovers, be patience, it's on its way
Render: Cinema4D
Postwork: Photoshop 7
C&C Always greatly appreciated!

It's boardering the render as a layout way . It is what it is, would have looked so boring without it ^^

Yes, I let the posts build up again so sorry if this is late.
This is a nice trick. Looking at it, it makes me feel like some kind of plant has wrapped itself around me and is now half covering my eyes which fits in neartly with the title. The part I can see makes it look like it's thrashing around while growing, the blur is a nice touch as it looks like you're looking through the leaves of the plant themselves.
This would make a nice wallpaper, simple but still eye catching.

I guess you can look on it in that way as well .
I didn't really make this after some directions or thoughs really, I just did what came to me natural .

That's an awesome render. I'd use it as my background if it was blue instead. XD But that's because my skin is that color.
Either way, great work.

XD This is true. Colorization is fun, but I dunno if it would turn out as well as this.

Oh dude, I love your framing style? Can't seem to understand how you do it though......

ladyrapid In reply to Branchewski [2006-10-17 22:01:22 +0000 UTC]
Thank you .
The framing style ^^. It's just a copy of the actual image and then it's a whole cut out of it ( where I want it to be more visible naturally ). Then I blurr it pretty much and add some opacity and mabye change the blending mode a little , tadΓ‘ .

It's almost scary how simple this piece is.
2 renders from c4d
a total of 4 layers in photoshop ( 1 with minor 2D )
colour adjustment
Simplicity in a complex form . I'm glad you liked it bud, now lets see if you'll like the next photograph/manip

I know that a little as well, I can't do any wonders but I'll manage to render out a decent terrain for a terraspace piece.
A tip is just to start play around in the program and eventually you'll learn things
