The Golden TrioHave you ever started working on a piece of art and lost total track of time while doing it? Sure you take breaks and such, but you always come back to plug away? That is what happened with this one. I had been working on it on and off for the last few days, but tonight I just needed to draw. While working on it I put on some inspiration and watched The Goblet of Fire and listened to some music in there somewhere too.
This is me fiddling around in Photoshop with different textured brushes. I wanted to also try a new look to my characters and I'm pretty happy with the end result
I hope you guys like it too. I'm sorry again for all this Harry Potter, I really don't know what's gotten into me, but I kind of like it haha It seems to make me want to put out more stuff even if they are just doodles, so you guys are just gonna have to deal!Enjoy!

I really love the way you did Harry's hair and Ron's skin. Hermionie's hair looked like it took a while to do too! >.<
Also giving props to the way that it looks like a classical magic picture like they have in the films, printed on a scroll with the faded look and everything :3

LMAO XD omg Ron is awesome!! I really love how you played up the whole generic poster idea and made it just so funny! You know the type.... everyone's so serious or neutral, looking all composed and pretty... and then you threw in a spider XD. It's like a school photo or something. And Harry actually looks like the actor a bit too! Great idea

I'm glad you picked up on the thrown in humor because when I was originally looking at the sketches I was going to make them school photos and have it almost like a page in a yearbook, but I decided to combine them in Photoshop and it looked SO much better with Ron kind of off to the side there.
