It's a beautiful photo. You catched the motion just at the the right moment, as this would be a moving picture.

What bothers me is the green, brownish wall in the back. It somewhat destroys parts of the atmopshere you added with the contrast between the white dress and the red things on the left. Maybe you can correct this with Photoshop or just leave it like this. That doesn't affect the fact that this is a beautiful photo. Keep on submitting

Wow, I liked the photo a lot, especially the fact the title is "Dancing Snowflake" you could look at it like we're all different as are snowflakes, she's wearing white, and she's a snowflake in her own sense. Not sure if that was what you were shooting for, but thats what I thought. Nice work
