Yup, it really was about a year from the time I did the older drawing to when I did the new version. I was actually pretty surprised when I finished it because I didn't think there would be that much of a difference.

Yeah, I think it's a lot more interesting to look at, the newer one I mean.

Oddly, I think the original version took a lot longer to draw/color than the new one. But then again, I knew a lot less about digital mediums at that time.

Thanks! The newer version is still not perfect but I like it a LOT more! I think I will do the challenge again next year to see how much more I improve!
