Hello I work in a small company that we have created in texas right now. Judging by the beard and hair, I'd say this person is old, no? If that's the case, he should look more the part rather than some young guy with a weird hair disorder. He needs more wrinkles and a more weary look about him. Nevertheless, it's a good picture.
