Another San Diego piece. This took me a long time to get this right. Never painted an under water scene before. They wanted a scene of the underwater so it doesn't directly relate to the zoo or Sea World but they can play around with design elements for shirts, posters, and the catalog for the convention that will be held. I will show final pieces of the work soon.I did reference a lot of photos to make the fish look just right

Very nice, especially the fishes and the overall atmosphere. I think it would be worth it to see if adding bubbles would be cool too, but it's also very nice like this

i had thought about bubbles..didn't know if it make it too busy or not.. may have to try once with and without them

Thanks so much. It doesn't compare to your style. Your backgrounds are amazing, but this was a first for me. It was a lot of fun to do. It looks really cool with the san diego logo they made and the way it is used in their catalog. I will post that soon, but it makes it fit just right
