O.k. ..... You need to focus your Camera... good light and i'm using a mirror that I can see how the picture looks like, so I can change and fix it before I shot .
I have this software that called "Picasa" that I fix the picture..
It's not so hard... promise you

I tried it with mine (granted I didn't use a mirror and I don't have that, but I'm pretty happy with it..except everything is kind of grainy..I only have Adobe 7.0...do you know how I can fix that?

I don't know.
Try to download Picasa 2 .... it's so easy to use..!
