Not sure if the category is correct.I drew up this robot, vectorized it and played around with photoshop. This is the result.

Im not sure if I'd call this art, it's easy and made in like 5 minutes.
But I think I know what you mean, there are so many things I suck at that I wish I could do.
Like painting and sculpting. and sewing.

My mom has been a huge help to me as I was growing up, hehe.. Not sure if it's that deep, it's just something I try to remind myself of whenever I get down.
We had 9 parts of our exams at photography school thingy, I failed at one of them. Don't let it get you down.
If you want to do better, do better. If it's something you don't really care about, then you just have to let it go.

I don't know how important grades are in the US, here we usually just need them to be ok so we can get into another school. And another.. and another.. and so on
Like I said, if there is something you want to be good at you have to spend time and energy on that. Some of us are slow learners and need to make a bigger effort in order to achieve what others do effortlessly. I'm afraid thats the way the world works.
I have a friend who has dyslexia, so he has to struggle more to get through a book, but then again he is the absolutely smartest person I have ever met. Work hard and you can do anything. It's true. I had been photographing for a year before I applied to the norwegian school of photography, and I got in. I know people who have applied like 6 years in a row and never got in.
