Rufus, to me anyways, was just one of those characters you just didn't see enough of in the game and elsewhere. *shifty eyes*He's definitely up there on the list of characters I wish square enix would have fleshed out a bit more.
interesting fact!: In Final Fantasy VII: Before Crisis, Rufus was the Vice President at a mere 15 years old!
