I can see what you are aiming for but you need to put more effort into your technical approach to really start grabbing people.
Experiment with lighting, composition, depth of field. I remember your work from a while back, even though there's been progress you've kind of settled into a routine.
We're learning and improving until the very day we can't grow anymore, start pushing harder and you won't believe what work you get out of it.
