I've never played this series before but I'm tempted to play this game, and I have a question, what does she mean by "I hope Riki still likes meaty girls"? I went on the wiki to try and find something about this guy liking chubby girls but it didn't look like there was anything there.
Oh, also, is that a tiny bit of chub on the picture just before the last panel? It kinda looks like it but I cant tell. (AlsoI'detotallyloveafullbodyshotofthatlastpanel)

There's nothing in-game that mentions the character Riki liking chubby girls at all. If anything, he has a thing for curvy girls- which Kyoko is hoping to delude herself into believing while sporting a near-pregnant-looking gut.
