Nope....I think an individual cannot own that bird in Canada....I took this at a conservation park.

Oh, you have heavy restrictions then. You can have those birds here, as long as you stick to some rules. Truth is, it's difficult to have one, but it is possible.

I think the only prey bird you can get here is falcon for hunting.
