Edit: A little color change notice to people who may be making this, or using the colors for something else. When I got to the point of actually using the body colors, I realized they were slightly off-hue. Apparently matching colors for these things is the hardest part, especially when you have to convert from an additive color space to slightly shimmery dyed cotton. It doesn't help that I can only find one other RD cross stitch where the colors have been released. This time, I actually bought half a row of blues and broke out the old pony TCG cards to have something comparable. Anyway, the new colors should be better if you haven't used the old ones yet. Blame my laziness for reusing something from Lyra.

It's finished!

Another pony cross stitch design! Out of the few vectors I had lined up for possible stitching, this one was the most adorable. (I mean, Dashie is always adorable, but just look at it! ) It wasn't the easiest, however, since it required a very precise border to work with the frames I have. If you want to try stitching this yourself, note that it was specifically designed for a very particular frame size. You'll need to take that into account. Square frames seem to be slightly rare, and if you have one on hand you'll need to adapt for the count of the fabric you're using. If you don't mind getting a custom frame, then stitch away! The as-designed stats are as follows:

18 Count White Aida
Design Area: 135 X 135
Trim To: 137 X 137 for a 7-5/8" frame.
Use two individual strands doubled.

Color: (Monitor colors may vary, especially with the grid. Use your own judgement when buying colors.)
Body Fill: DMC 3761 DMC 827
Body Stroke: DMC 322 DMC 826
Hair Red: DMC 666
Hair Orange: DMC 720
Hair Yellow: DMC 444
Hair Green: DMC 702
Hair Purple: DMC 550
Hair Blue/Stroke: DMC 3843
Eye Dark: DMC 915
Eye HL Mid: DMC 326
Eye HL Light: DMC 601
+ DMC Black and White
The black on the border can be replaced with whatever color you want.
