Choco Mountain Race event submission - [link]
Somehow the seemingly least like people to ever enter the race, let alone pair up to do so, ended up partnering for the event to win the choco prize; Kyr for his little sister, and Eiros for his choco fiend of a leader hi Oris I'm using you as a convenient excuse please don't kill me have a choco mage instead //shot We've decided they should just win for being the crackiest pair in that field, period 8'DD
Kei and I decided to do a collab image for the event as well. He did the amazing draw and lines (which is just like fksdghjlfy //so scared to colour this awesomeness) and I had just a bit too much fun colouring his draw in. Thanks for collabing Kei, seriously really enjoyed doing this hehe <33

A lovely little bit of background Kei added there as well as the way she/he positioned the characters on the ground from that dutch angle. Something like this can throw a lot of artists off but Kei really pinned this down. You even really brought out the potential of this picture with your coloring, especially the light source where the sunlight is shining on the characters. You two were a great duo.

*cough* Bad word creations aside! Your two styles actually blended really well together! I saw your coloring in the thumbnail and thought it was just you... It wasn't until I noticed the different facial structures than you normally do that I realized it was actually a collab! Though Eiros's chin looks a little on the big side? IDK
And I do find myself surprised that these two would actually partner up! I imagined they'd annoy each other, since Eiros is more serious whereas Kyrios is more loose and free. Quite the crack pair indeed! And throwing in the dolls hanging on their belts was a nice touch was well... especially since you two did end up getting the ultimate coincidence of literally swapping!
Overall, this turned out quite nicely! And no you guys can't win by default for being the crackiest pair. But you can get free cookies!

Yea well colouring tends to be the first thing you see in the thumbnails after all, since they're too small to make out details~ mmmh yea a little since he has a rather slim jawline, but ah well, minor details

After all working with an equally skilled partner means you can get through the race quicker, meaning lower chance of being seen by others too XD And indeed, the doll thing was hilarious heh. Yeah, it kind of is... Because the final "o" in Choco is a "long o" sound, whereas the "o" in Officers is a "short o" sound. Aaaand now we're at overthinking- *shot*
But yep; the colors do stand out like a sore thumb, whereas lineart is something that you have to closely analyze to get the full effect of it especially in the case of detailgasms. Either way, the two styles meshed in such a way that it took a second glance just to realize it was a collab! I'd call that a success!
Heh, go figure. It's always the pairs you'd least expect that end up being the most amusing. But hey, if it works for them, who's complaining? Too bad if they do win, they'll get a lot of attention, which defeats the purpose of not being seen by others- *shot*
