Well, it was finally time to just post something simple <3

This PP was made entirely on Procreate! And I did it exactly for celebrate my iPad arrival, so a new tool has been added to the art weaponary Can I say I have the whole trinity? Pen Tablet, Pen Monitor and now, iPad.

Sometimes it's okay to ramble a little on texts, since despite the fact that I know that not much people likes to sit and read 10.000 lines of artistic thoughts texts, maybe this could be of use to other artist:

Sometimes, you need a safe place for your art. Not the type of art you need to post in order to have "popularity", or the type of art you work with as a professional. Is the type of art you would do like when you were a child: An innocent, not critic, just-for-you art. Sometimes we drown ourselves in work, business, stress, money won and loss.

And we forget the inner child. All artists are childs. And such childs need... fun. Safety. Love.

That's why I have an iPad entirely for just sketching. To literally, hide under my desk and play to be again a 9 yro girl who doens't know much of what money is and how it works. Is a process of healing with myself, with my art. And no one needs to watch or to criticize.

Some of us, artists, are just little childs just expecting someone to be proud of us, to watch our work and say "I love it! Keep going!". So we expect that from our parents, from friends, from invisible followers. But surprise, the one that needs to say that to the inner child, is us.
