No, the Vulcan signs have no meaning, they only look cool 
Sorry, it's not availaible as print, because it is only 1280*960. Futhermore, Kirk and Spock are Screenshots from the movie. I'm not sure, if this could have the charakter of a copyright-violation, if I put up for sale.
