Description
"The Wrathian" is the largest ship in the entire Cyclonian Empire's fleet. It spans 520km in length and 210km in height. The blue ship below is the 29km long CSO-Class Super Carrier from the video game series 'Halo'. The Yellow ship below is a Super Star Destroyer, the "Executor" which is 19km long from 'Star Wars'. I put those in to give you something to work with to show the size of this behemoth. It serves as the Flagship for 'The Doctor' and is commonly used as the commanding ship in large space battles. However, it is a rare occurrence for it to show up out of deep space or Cyclonian Territory, since this is the only ship of its kind. The Wrathian is commanded by Syl, one of the most experienced captains in the Cyclonian Empire. Whenever the Doctor is not on board, Syl is in charge of all operations on the ship. He commands on the main bridge of the ship, which in itself is larger than most ships in the known Universe.
Below the bridge appears to be large city-scape like structures. Since the ship tends to rarely have any direct attacks, it's used as a holiday resort for only the richest of people part of the Empire. These people range from world leaders who swore an oath to serve Lord Cyclosis in anyway they can, or very rich, successful people who help the Cyclonian Empire through third party trades. This 'Holiday Resort' sector is placed on all these sky-scraper like buildings to give the guests a more homely feel, whilst giving them spectacular views of space. Guests are given future notices when they may engage in battle, and highly advise to leave. However, visitors wanting to see a space battle on the frontlines are welcome to stay.
Anyone outside the Empire, shudder to hear the name. As soon as your ship gets picked up on the Wrathians' sensors, game over. No matter how big or small the ship you have, if you're in restricted space then they will send a ludicrous amount of stingers to track your ship down and rip it apart. If you're in firing range, then you and your crew will have to hope they use the Finalizer-Cannon to make it quick and painless. In short, stay away from the Wrathians patrol path.
One feature which is dominant in all large Cyclonian ships is having an extremely large 'head' for the ships. This is made to make the ship appear larger and to rams smaller ships and small moons. A common tactic used by Syl is to scoop up as many asteroids when going to battle and then to fling them towards the enemy. This tends to do some major damage to the frontline ships which force the opposing fleet to retreat without firing a single turret. This can also be used to destroy the surface of planets by pushing a planets' moon out of orbit into the surface, killing all life.
This ship is uncapable of entering a planets atmosphere. Most of the time it's far too large to even fit in the atmosphere of a planet. If the planet is large enough to house such a large object, then the sheer weight of the Wrathian will probably collapse on itself. In fact, the 'Wrathian' is so large, it produces it's own gravitational pull. This can be extremely dangerous so the ship is fitted with numerous gravity nullifiers to cancel out the natural gravity of the ship. It takes a large amount of power to be constantly powering the nullifiers, which is a large cost for its size. The ships hull is made of Cyclonium, an alloy which only Cyclonian factorys have the technology to manufacture. It is fairly strong and can be easily mass produced, which is very beneficial for creating ships of this size. The front head of the ship made for ramming is lined with a thin layer of Ultranium, to reduce the amount of times the front needs to be repaired, since Ultranium is such a hard metal.
The Wrathian is a very fast ship for its size and class. It is classed as a "Super Heavy Juggernaught" by most factions. The thrusters needed to propell this beast range from 3km in radius to 6km in radius. On the belly of the ship is placed with a large ion cannon known as the 'Finalizer'. A cannon capebale of cracking the surface of a planet in a few shots and possibly destroying a planet in some conditions.
Overall, keep your distance from this thing.

I hope you've taken into account HOW the crew are going to be able to get around such a large ship.
shipwide teleporter array?
Miniture-hyperspace tunneling system inside the ship?

The superiors will probably scoff at the idea of using a teleporter to move crew around the ship. The amount of power required for *stable* teleportation will probably take up 5% of the entire energy produced on the ship. A Miniture-Hypserspace tunnelling system inside a ship sounds incredibly risky. the pressure needed to absorb the energy produced when it goes into sub-hyperspace will possibly damage the inside from the immense shockwaves. If not kept stable, the tunnel could probably fracture or even collapse the inside of the ship. The shell of the ship is beyond strong, but the inside is where the soft-innards of the ship are placed, which can be easily destroyed.
A large expansive 'railway' is set in place within the ship. It takes roughly 1 and a half hours for it to get from the nose to the thrusters and vice versa. Its main purpose is to move cargo if it needs to be relocated but it does hold units made for travel. Crew members or 'Cyclonian P-TYPE' droids are the ones which run most of the ship, however the ship itself has its own multi-tasking AI to decrease the amount of crew needed. The thing is that most droids go on for their entire life time working in the exact same sector, area OR room until they get replaced with a newer, more modern droid made for the same purpose the previous one had. A way for crew to get around will only be used by high commanding officers which don't tend to go down to the lower sectors unless they're inspecting certain engine or thruster sectors. Other than that a way for crew to get around is only there for convenience.
The Wrathian tends to have a crew count of 160 million droids (not including nano-bots designed for repairing out of reach devices) ranging from standard Pilot and Engineer robots to robots made for warfare. However, this number varies depending on the type of mission it's on. If it's supplying extra backup for on-ground forces then the count can double, but the extra robots are placed within confined storage units and are only activated when the ship has arrived to its destination.
There isn't a life support system (Oxygen being supplied, having basic atmosphere needs for life, etc) set in 80% of the ship, since the entire crew is made up of droids, a life support system made for the sectors not made for standard personnel will be a waste of resources and energy to put into.

200 miles is near to nothing when compared to space. I'd say a few hundred AU (astronomical units) would be safe.
Like, one lightyear away? Which is a few few million miles.
