She looks like she's made of plastic. There are inaccuracies on her kimono as well.
Though I was quite proud of myself for not procrastinating on this.
The comment from *peams has reminded me that I should mention that is was fanart. She is Tomoe Yukishiro, from the anime/manga called Rurouni Kenshin. Almost could have gotten sued!

Hmmm.... I think you did a great job with the kimono, even though it looked a bit too glossy... so I'll assume it's made of fine silk cloth... Those flowers on the sleeves are simply adorable....

Wow, that's lovely. I really love how you captured Tomoe in the snow and her calm facial expression. The umbrella was a nice touch too.

Decent composition, a well-placed figure and a good juxtaposition between character and background. (Good!)
Also, your digital painting skills are looking really well polished. Hair and skin are done well and would be right at home on most Eastern paintings.
As for the kimono errors (shh!), Western audiences won't notice and will still applaud your creativity. (For example, do you know how many Western manga artists wrap kimonos the wrong way in their pictures? 
Anyway, it is terrific work. And, you should be proud of this.

Very lovely realistic fanart of Tomoe. Very nice job with coloring her realistically. She does look a bit plastic but it's rather sweet more like stunning beauty. Hope that made sense. Great work on the fold for her shawl especially. I believe her kimono is backwards with which side goes over first. She has a very nice expression on her face. Her head looks a little oddly shaped but I think that's due to her hair. Great snow as well. Very lovely piece. ^_^

Oh, and I forgot to mention (All you have to do is flip the image, though) She is wearing the kimono wrong. The left side should overlap the right side, since she is still alive in this picture. Right over left is for corpses.

Flipping the image won't work, since it's still her right and her left.

Cameras did exist in the Meiji era, but the kimono would only be put on right over left after death.
Actually, once flipped, it would be left over right. Think of it as looking in the mirror. You know it as right and left, but if you were to stand behind the mirror you, it would be your right as their left, and their left as your right. (I've made the right-left/left-right mistake before myself.)
Anyways, it is just something to keep in mind. ^^
