There are many forms of meditation and the simplest for you is always the best. Although I teach mandala meditations, I often practice the easiest process to help me in my daily life. In fact, it is in these simple processes do I get these visions of mandalas and other matters

Must be really nice to navigate in those thoughts. Mine are too affected by my surroundings, but there's always that hint of something binding everything and a flow, that I like so much. Like a background hum that can't be heard if you try... only if you don't try.
