I was trying to think of some female character to draw. So I looked through some of my books to see who I felt like drawing. I saw a pic in the Modern Masters #6 which spotlighted Arthur Adams. In the gallery, there was a pic of Phoenix. I never drew her before so I did and this is the result. The background was basically what Art did with his Phoenix pic for the Classic X-Men cover. ( sorry forgot the issue) Her face is a tad-bit long. I think its fixable if I cut her chin abit and turn what I took away into shadow.Coming Soon:

Yeah the AOA is what introduced me to Blink.
I think that was one of the X-Men's best stories besides the Phoenix Saga (can't wait to read The Rise and Fall of the Shiar Empire).
You should really read Exiles it is great.

She first appeared in the issues of X-Men but it was really AOA that showcased her skillz. Thats what got me interested in her. I thought it sucked that they brought most of the other characters from AOA to the mainstream universe and not her.

Yeah I know it bites. Blink was only in the 616 universe for two issues (mentioned in a third and had a whole what if dedicated to her). Although in the Exiles Blink did come into the main universe for two issues and she has made a number of cameos in other X-Books such as being one of Mojo's "lawyers", being a statue in the hall of forgotten heros, a flash back in Nates mind and was even on the list of possible students for Emma's mutant team in Ultimate X-Men.

Yeah, it is. Your exactly right about that. Dunno if the fixing the level of the mouth will leave a bad mark on the paper though. But chin is an easy fix.
