Description
I like history and hetalia gives me a powerful weapon, because I can draw country like person. So I've decided to draw some historic event. I remebered the partitions of Poland in 1772, 1793 and 1795. Dunno why, it's one of things I remember from elementary school and also... there're my favourite characters - Austria and Prussia.
Maybe it's a little sadistic...
But it doesn't mean I don't like Poland, it's only an image of history and I didn't think it bad...____________________

Why does Prussia looks like he's going to eat poor poland?
With the fork and a knife.. Somebody should tell him Poland's not a steak or something like that.
And I feel sad for Feliks. And the polish history isn't actually the happiest one..

The partitions lasted too. Well about up to the end of the nineteenth century, if I'm not very much mistaken. At least, during Chopin's life, which ended in 1839, Poland was still very much partitioned.

Gosh, sometimes people makes me sick. but I can't speak english better, then i'll be silent.
That was terrible time.. High-ups were thinking only about themselves and only few people wanted to save country just given to three not very peaceful neighbours XD

I wonder Poland was destroyed, but it was brought back to life, and that's important. Even history was cruel, this country (and people) survived.

No, No.. It was about some people who write replies before understanding the comment.
Survived only traitors, and those people who wanted to keep dead country alive more than save life. Lot of them was killed, those who wanted to fight and those who didn't want to comply to new ruler. Only government wanted to give our country to stronger sovereign without a word, but it was shock to people ready to fight for freedom.
Like it was written in our famous drama, we are like lava: cold stone on surface, but inside there's burning flames - only waiting for any moment to reborn, even if we look like cold forgotten grave.

You showed well how the particular invaders were treating Poland (Prussia as the brain of the operation, Russia as supporter and Austria as not so willing guy).
