Description
Here's a little something to prove I'm not totally dead. This account has been neglected because of my new duties running a business, organizing events, and I'm still working on a commission from September which has an April 1st deadline.
This is a perfect example of my I stopped taking orders during the school year.
About the horn: This is a cap from a water buffalo horn, which is why it looks different from the steer horns I typically use. It's extremely translucent and incredibly beautiful. The horn is about 12" long around the curve and has a leather handle to imitate a tankard. You still can't set it down unless you have a stand though.
The horn is sealed with food-safe epoxy and can be used with hot or cold drinks.
SOLD!
More stuff will trickle in shortly, but the non-horn stuff for sale is still being posted over at *UrnesAshTree . We've got so many items stocked up it's impossible to photograph them all...

No problem! I'm somewhat of a medieval geek, and I'm slowly becoming more and more interested in medieval Scandinavia these days.

Don't know if this would interest you, but floundering on the internet recently I discovered a webpage with different types of braids. [link]

I think I'd need to master basic braiding before I tried the fancier ones! I'm horrible at braiding, but I do have to say that some of them look pretty cool.

The 12- string one seems utterly terrifying though. How easily it could tangle!
