Jack(Sean) was editing a video when his stomach started to grumble. "Shut up stomach! I'm almost fucking done." He grumbled to himself. He stretched. 'What to eat?' He thought to himself. "Well, there is always cake. But... where? Hmmm, to the shop!" He exclaimed to himself and got ready to leave while pulling on his hat.

It was raining, of course, but only lightly thankfully. Jack was almost to the shop when he looked up and paused. There was a sign on the street, down the road from his normal store. Wondering what was down the street, he decided to walk down to the sign. As he got closer to the sign he could read, "2 for 1 special on sweets for charity fund raiser." Jack smiled and walked in. Of course he would love to help with charity.
The cafe was actually quite large. There was a lot of people relaxing, enjoying their drinks and food. There was a line but it was moving quickly. The cashier was asking everyone if they'd like to donate to the local orphanage. There was a box near the front for objects and a big jar for donations. Jack was shocked to see at the jar was nearly full. The atmosphere was so happy, which made Jack even more giddy.
There was only two people in front of him. A guy about his age and a little old lady. He was listening to the guy at the front give compliments to a girl about his age, the cashier. He smiled at the innocent compliments they were giving each other. The little old lady turned around to talk to Jack.

"Have you been here before?" She asked him.
"No, I saw the charity sign and decided to come in." He replied with a kind smile.
"I come here at least once a week. I'm very close with the owner, I'm actually here to see her." She smiled. Jack pictured seeing another little old lady coming out to greet her dear friend and smiled at the thought. "What's your name lad?" She asked.
"My name is Sean. But you can call me Jack if you ever want to."
"My name is Edna." She smiled at sweetly. "Well Sean, you know my friend, _____, the owner is actually single." She raised her eyebrows in a suggestive manners with a small smirk.
Jack laughed. "Thank you for the tip but I'm just here for some cake."
"Suit yourself, she's very beautiful." Jack smirked at the compliment the little old lady gave her friend. She got to the cashier. "Hello, Lyric. Can you get ____?"
"Of course, I'll be right back. She's making your favorite cookies right now." The cashier walked off to the back. Edna walked back to the employee entrance to wait for ____. Jack's eyes widen as a girl in her early 20's covered in flour and a cute homemade apron came out of the employee door. He assumed this was the owner as she hugged Edna. Edna pulled out a frilly apron and handed it to ____ and she handed a bag to Edna. Which he assumed was some kind of treats, maybe the cookies. He was awestruck at this beautiful young woman who was giving so much to charity. His stare was broken by Lyric clearing her throat.
"Oh, sorry. I was just shocked. The way Edna talked about her, I assumed _____ was elderly too."
Lyric smiled. "That's fine. She thinks she's an old lady sometimes." Jack laughed. "Well, Jack. I assume you'd like some cake?"
"Yes- Wait, you called me Jack?"
"Yes, ____ loves your videos. She usually has a playlist going as she's cooking. You make her smiled a lot." Lyric smirked at the thought. "All though. One day I made her turn them off. She was laughing so hard she couldn't continue baking. She's got a really big crush on you. So, it'd be best if I just served you and got you out of here. You know before she notices and retreats."
"How do you know she'd retreat?"
"She's seen you before but has always ran away."
"Why did she run away?"
"She's too shy to meet you. Let alone talk to you."
"But what if I want to meet her?" He smiled.
"Well." Lyric tapped her chin.
"What? Tell me." He asked excitedly with his normal energy.
"I could tell you to come back tomorrow. I won't be here. I'll be at the orphanage giving out food and clothes on behave of donations and ____."
He smirked. "Oh really now?"
She smiled back at him. "Here, have some triple chocolate cake slices, on the house, and a black coffee. I know she would want you to have them for free the first time." He smiled down the cute cake slices. "Feel free to put sugar in your coffee. There is a condiment station behind you." She pointed behind him.
"Oh I will surely add some sugar. But I don't feel right not paying."
"Then just put some money in the jar. This week's funds all go to the orphanage anyways."
Jack stuffed the money into the jar and was about to walk out with his treats. "Wait." He froze in his steps. "Come sometime in the late morning. It's actually usually dead around that time. So she's out on the floor managing paperwork or cleaning. Also, if you want to know more about her." Lyric handed him a pamphlet. "This has more info about the bakery and her. You know, her YouTube and blog and such."
"She's a YouTuber?"
"A little, mainly little things like baking tips or vlogs."
"Thank you. I will be back tomorrow." He sip of his coffee and hummed in approval. Then headed over the little station to add sugar.
"Hey, ____." Lyric called out.
"Yeah?" Jack looked out of the corner of his eye to see her leaving Edna to come to the front.
"I need a triple chocolate cake. Also-" She was cut off as ___'s phone went off. A little chime went off followed by a clip of Jack doing a deep voice goes off. The young owner's cheeks dust with pink as she scrambles to move her apron to silence her phone in her pocket. Some people in the corner with Edna yell, "Oooohhhhh~!" in a teasing tone.
"Shut up!" _____ lashes out with a now very red face. Everyone laughing even Jack chuckled a bit at her reaction. He quickly pulled down his cap more then left the store. "Thank you for coming!" She quickly calls out to Jack as he leaves. Not knowing who he is, leaves even a bigger smile on Jack's face. She is really so caring.

While heading home he browsed the pamphlet while sipping his coffee. He read that ____ was doing a livestream today and that it actually starts in about 3 hours. He figured he could just answered comments for the next three hours he could watch her stream.

~~Time Skip~~

_____ flopped onto her couch with a deep sigh. Today was good, they raised so much money for Lyric to give to the orphanage tomorrow. She needed to shower for the stream so that they can hopefully raise a little more for tomorrow. Before Lyric went to the orphanage to give them all the gifts and food.

She breathed in deeply as she stepped out of the shower and into the steamy bathroom. Brushing out her hair then blushing. She could have sworn she saw Jack today but she was so busy and flustered. ’I guess it could have just been some other guy with his type of cap.’ She couldn't even think of what would happen if she met him. She would probably just hide in the kitchen.
Getting dressed into a baggy long sleeve shirt and some boy shorts. ____ starts up her stream. The usual donators and subscribers show up. She decides doing a Q and A and making personal question $5 each. Someone asks about her living condition.

"I live alone. I live in Ireland not far from my shop in an apartment. I'm going to read out questions from here. There's only 1 hour left in my stream. Please make sure to donate then screencap it and link it. Once I see your donation I will answer your questions." She talked about her day a bit while watching the chat waiting for a question with link.

"Can I ask you 5 questions if I donate 25? Asked by," she paused looking at the name with a fond smile, "Booper Dooper. Yes you may, but you better hurry." Only seconds later Booper Dooper sends their link. "Alright hun, what's your first question?"
"Why did you move to Ireland if you were from America? Well to quickly answer that. I had a family tragedy and I got extreme depression. I have a family farm out here. I figured all the nature and my love of rain would be best here." She paused for a moment. "May I ask what happened?" She took a really deep breath.

"Okay, so I did a vlog on this a long time ago. I did cry so I will try not to now." She looked directly into the camera. "For all of my newer subscribers and people who just don't really know me. I was once married. I was very happily married for 3 years and I actually had a daughter." ____ wiped her eyes with her sleeves. "My daughter was turning 2 years old, we were heading to her favorite park to have a family picnic. While driving home, after the most wonderful day with my small little family." ____ she covered her mouth and tried to sniff back tears. "We were up in a canyon and driving down the mountain.... We were hit and pushed off the side of the mountain." Her breath hitching in her throat for moment. "We rolled down the mountain. My daughter died on impact." A soft sob escaping her slightly trembling lips. "My husband and I were rushed to the hospital. He was intensive care for over 13 hours. I was in a coma for 2 weeks." ____ takes a deep breath and looks up at her ceiling. Her hand grasping at a necklace around her neck. "That was three years ago. And just last year I finally took off my wedding ring. I still wear it around my neck with a locket that holds a picture of my husband and daughter." She was very silent for at least 3 minutes and only looked back to her camera when the heavy tears stopped.

"I guess I failed at not crying." ____ laughed to lighten the mood. "How old are you? I'm 23 years old. I got married at 18 because I was madly in love." She said with a true smile. "Are you happy here?" She paused. "I am actually, I do so much for others that it makes me feel better everyday. I feel like I have meaning making others happy."
"But aren't you sad over your terrible loss?" She smirked. "A lot of you guys know, I don't really hide anything, I'm an open book. But I'm touchy on my depression. To be frank, I was so depressed I started thinking about self-harm and I started to have hallucinations. I moved to Ireland at that time. I'm still depressed but I'm dealing with it day by day. I started faking my smiles and eventually I started to feel good enough to get out of bed. Bbbutttt." She smiled. "As a lot of you know, I started truly smiling again thanks to the amazing Jacksepticeye. He's so funny and caring. He's pretty cute too." ___ she giggled. "Oh, did you guys know! I just found out, Jack and I share the same apartment building." She squealed and spinned in her chair. "It makes me so happy just to see him by chance. But will I ever talk to him? Of course not. Are you guys crazy! I can't even talk to other strangers let alone someone I have a crush on. Oh by the way, Booper Dooper, you have ran out of questions. I will take three quick yes or no questions. We only have 10 minutes left."

"Do you have a code for treats? Yes I do, but I can't just say I do then not tell you! Of course it is always Jacksepticeye related. This week, it is Jackaboy! Come down soon to get a free treat with that code." Scanning the next question. "Is your hair wet?" ___ giggled. "Yes, I was covered in flour because I'm clumsy." She smiled. "Would you run away if Jack came into the cafe? Booper Dooper, you are surely nosy today." With a giggle. "No, I pride myself on my work ethic. I would serve him but with red on my face and while stumbling over my words. I luckily have Lyric to run the cash register so it's unlikely for me to deal with him face to face. But if it was during a downtime..." She pauses. "I really don't know, I would probably freeze for at least 5 minutes." She laughed. "Alright everyone. That is the end of the stream. Now for streaming, we raised over 10,000. You guys are so giving! Thank you all so much, I really care for you all. Well our time has to end our here today and I hope you have a great time until I see you again~!" ____ waves with a big smile and shuts off her stream. With a big smile and yawn. She prepares for bed and crawls into her awaiting bed.

Jack just stared at his now black screen with a big smile on his face. Oh he couldn't wait for tomorrow. He signed out of his Booper Dooper account and started getting ready for bed.
