I finally finished it... I spent many afternoons on this...and it turned out beautiful. 
I want to make a bunch more for all my different characters...but...that may take a while...
Now I can go and do those requests I promised...

Figured I'd comment now that I have the time. I'm also a critique.
I love dragons and he's definitely an interesting one. Good anatomy and proper color scheme. His wings are also a decent size for flying. I often see the flaw of too small of wings. He has the right amount of classic and new in his style.
Only flaw I can scope out is leg proportion. The upper leg is thick while it gets suddenly thin. Other than that...
Very good design and that color changing was well worth it because that all looks excellent.

I don't go by the wing rule that closely but, I do think they should be large. I have character with small wings but, she's not meant to fly so she gets a way with having cute little wings.
It can be hard to get legs right. I actually have more trouble with male dragons. The females like Crisis and Mai-Ling have the female shape to them which I enjoy drawing so it's easy to me.
Just wondering. which Dragon character do you like most? If it's one of your's then which from another artist?

I like him because he's a "bad guy", but you can't help but feel a little sorry for him. Villians are always my favorite. They more than often have the deeper personality and motivation than the "hero".

Yeah, I just read the Bio. for him and I just felt sad. He had a reason to be evil, and even though Dr. Eggman is my favorite villian of all time, they just haven't really told us why he wants to build a Robotropolis.

If you look at it from a villain's point of view, the heroes are the "bad guys". I can just imagine them saying: "I just want world domination. Why do you meddling kids keep getting in the way?" XD
