It does look a bit creepy from a distance, a lot of that is just the teeth. We're seeing the vertical entirety of both rows, and not a very horizontal spread. Look at lots of pictures of big grins, and you'll see. I swear the left cheek is traveling from where it ought to be, to meet the hand. And the lips are too full, if she's grinning that wide they ought to be stretched thinner. The hand is a bit wonky, the palm is too padded while the back of the hand is too thin.

That said, the gradual color change on the horns is very nice, the hair is very well-done, forming clumps and yet individual hairs can be told apart and yet the detail isn't overdone and distracting. The eyebrows, also, are very nice. The emphasizing red squiggles in the background are a nice touch. A lot of love has clearly gone into the jewelry. And the highlights on the eyelids, nose, lips, fingers, and fingernails are also full of love.
