With the announcement of The 2023 Velma Series, ice become GRAVELY annoyed about how the gang are portrayed and the disclusion of Scooby. So here's how I would fix the Scooby Gang.

Let's start with our "protagonist" Velma, first I would give her a more Hispanic background. Velma was always a sarcastic and sassy person this would fit her character well. As a running gag, she'd curse or ramble in Spanish when she's annoyed or angry or excited.

Daphne: Let's keep her nationality the same, in which I mean American, I'll make her character like Pacifica's a girl who pretends to act like your stereotypical Popular Girl but has more depth to her character as she spends more time with the rest of the Gang

Fred: From what I hear he's supposed to some or supposedly some sort of racist I think. I can't remember so, for Fred instead of making him like a stereotypical jock, how about we go for a more boy scout like approach. Fred is a responsible dorky boy scout which would give a good reason for Fred to always be friendly, wear an ascot and be good at building traps.

Shaggy: I'll take inspiration from Zigwolf, a loner who doesn't have many friends except the school nerd Velma. Shaggy suffers from depression but his saving grace is a talking dog he meets which he names Scooby-Doo

Scooby: Let's add him into the series as a way of a couping animal to Shaggy giving Scooby and Shaggy's relationship more depth.
