Dr. Phineas Cole was once a Marine biologist, what people didn't know was that he was a mad scientist.He experimented on animals, soon the research lab caught on to him.
In a final ditch effort Phineas created his final master piece, The Piranha-Goat a hybrid of a piranha and a goat.
The creature turned on his master and killed him. Soon the creature escaped to and has found refuge at the Amethyst Heights Aquarium.
