dA categories are still as confusing as ever.Tattoos have always been the most relaxing thing to draw for me; my entire gallery is littered with people all tattooed up, and I have a whole bunch of characters with tons of them. Drawing tattoos feels like coming home, every time.
Pen and brush on paper, colored digitally in PSCS2.

This picture's so fun to look at...your tattoo designs have always been pretty intricate! It makes me wonder what the meanings behind them all are.
The composition's really nice, too. Usually something in the middle of the frame looks bland, but I think the smooth curve of the spine and the direction of the hair/bangs takes the eye all over.
I CAN'T STOP LOOKING AT IT AAAGH
And as a last sidenote, I really like her ear!

Aw I just like drawing them, really, but I guess I often go to certain themes, like the rose/thorn and wings ones. I love birds and roses a lot, man, it's like two of my fave things forever.

Not yet, sadly - mostly because I have to find a tattoo parlor first, our city doesn't have any legal ones, and much as I want my ink I'd like to have them clean. But I am getting them sometime!

Probably a variation of XIII on my nape, and some stylized texts on my wrists. Maybe a band around my ankle.
Fully intend to get my collar done someday, too.
