I'm not sure if you realize it, but there's a lot of artists here that are actually friends with him and know him on other social media. I've known him for years? Either way, after what you did, exceptionally rude to try to get it for free.

yes people sell their work for less, but that's only because of people like you that insist $7 is too expensive, and people under price their work because they're afraid it won't sell otherwise

I never said I wasn't being rude, but I have a real problem with people that under value artists, like you're doing.
you have no business criticizing them, and artist has a right to charge whatever they believe something is worth.
even if you disagree, all you have to do to show this is not buy it, not make them feel worthless by telling them it's not worth it
art is a luxury item, and it is to be priced according to an artist
a price should depend the hours spent and quality after all.
and again, $7 is not expensive for a simple base
