Ok sorry but I got a degree in this bs, I have to analyse the skull configuration my days of vertebrate palaeontology are coming back to me (also its a really WEIRD skull configuration biologically speaking, and I want to talk about it).
So we have four skull openings(also called finestra) in total. From left to right we have a nasal, TWO antorbital finestra, an orbit, and no temporal finestra, which i'm pretty sure is a skull configuration never found in nature.
Antorbital finestra are diagnostic of archosaurs and some of their extant relatives including birds. Birds however, and all archosaurs possessing antorbital finestra, limit it to one and all have 1-2 temporal finestra.
The teeth don't resemble those of any archosaurs though, as they're heterodont and resemble something found in a dog or cat. In fact all of the rest of the skeleton looks really mammalian, except no mammal has a antorbital finestra. All mammals are synapsids and only have one skull opening, a temporal finestra found underneath the jaw-arch. Even humans have one though it is very small.
Basically all this needs is for the skull openings to be switched for this skeleton to make some anatomical sense. Scaly synapsids did exist for a time (though they had a different post-cranial skeletal anatomy, looks up gorgonopsids for instance, they might be the closest thing i can think of to a synapsid- like dragons anatomy, taking into account that its wingless as no hexapodal vertebrate has ever evolved on Earth, and that I dont think any of them had horns).
Basically where I'm going with this is that anatomically WOF dragons are wierd but do at least have the cool factor and coincidentally so does this drawing.

Well I did battle through 4 years of uni only to end up with a mediocre degree and a job in a Chinese takeaway
In summary all I was saying was that those two holes between the nostrils and the eye socket? no animal has ever had two of those, and there's no hole behind the eye socket and closer to the horns which is also super wierd. Reptiles and birds *usually* have one of each, mammals only have the one behind the eye, and turtles are odd and have none at all but we think they might have just lost them over time and did originally have two like most other reptiles. Also crocs lost the one between the nose and eye as well probs cause of how they hunt. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Basically skulls are wierd.

Ah, I was just using multiple references for dragon skeletons and kind of combined them all into one and also put stuff in I thought would look better. I didn't look at real reptile skeletons cause I was lazy.

Fairs fair, first time I tried drawing a dragon skeleton I basically just copied a dog skeleton Though it kind of fits for a completely alien species like a dragon to have a wierd skeleton anyway so it all sort of works out anyway. Or hell, maybe the poor gals just hallucinating, after listening to that song a few times it wouldn't surprise me
