Yay, this was quite entertaining to do
Except a couple of frustrations, this went on pretty smooth

I present to you: Neon Shimmers!

She's quite the happy pony, almost Pinkie Pie level but far from as hyper, impulsive and random. (That's all I got for her as of now )

How she came to be: It's quite funny really (imo), I think i was searching for changelings when I found these: and instantly an idea of a OC came to mind. Sadly all the PSDs didn't work (otherwise It might have turned out different), but the Rainbow one did and that was good enough. As you might see, I used all the pieces from the RD PSD with slight modifications, and the top part of the mane was constructed by me But I'm not 100% satisfied with the mane, for me it looks a bit off Lets just say it's because she's jumping (that will work, right?).

As far as body goes I found a quite fitting base here: starshinecelestalis.deviantart...

If you would like to use her for whatever reason, whether it be this specific one or if you want the ref sheet for something else, just ask me and I might give you just that, if I deem it ok ofc.
