This tutorial ish rlly helpfull <33 Ahh i have a dummie question two ask: When you finally have the animating furrames, where do you put them in so that they'll turrn out being animated~? I asked sum othurr people aand they said they used SAI or Photoshop, but they didn't tell how qvq

Is there a way to resize it and keep the resolution? Every time I try on sai it goes all blurry.

well pixel art/an icon is just that small so you won't have no choice but to resize it and it's normal that it will turn out blurry but it's just the sketch after all
you have to pixel OVER the sketch with the binary/pixel tool, because it won't turn out blurry anymore then ; v ;

How do you give it a transparent bg without having Photoshop?

depends what kind of program you use
if you have paint tool sai and making it transparent won't work there, just save it as a psd, download gimp (free software, basically like photoshop with some less options)
and open it there, you can save it as a png with transparency in gimp
