They are learning Tae Kwon Do. The instructor of this Do-Chang is an excellent friend of mine and an equally skilled teacher.
He instills an excellent balance in his students, that many of them carry with them long after they have left the school behind them.

nice, i know this much, compared to karate, tae kwon do is a self-defense class
