I agree, my teacher actually suggested that when I turned it in.
Unfortunately, I fear if I had added any more wet media the paper would have fallen apart... the ink bled through to the other side. It's pasted to an illustration board just to keep it together.
I suppose I could go back in with colored pencil or something, but at this point I'm just too busy to deal with something that would take that much time. If I ever decide to fix it up, that'll probably be the first thing I do.
