Something I just drew today because I was bored. Gene Starwind from Outlaw Star. An awesome series not just because of plot, characters, etc., but the vastness of the setting. It felt like it had depth and a history on it, which is missing from alot of anime nowadays.And yes, his hair bangs are that tall.
