I told myself I didn't want to upload any more fan-based characters but I just couldn't help myself after Spiderverse, everyone's been making one

This is Thread, a.k.a. Noah North , I imagine he comes from a universe where he was trained to fight in a monastery for children that either have nowhere to go, or sought the place out. *coughxmenwhatcough*

The monastery keeps a certain little spider that they consider sacred, that bestows incredible powers to the most gifted students, and powers may vary on the individual. For Thread, aside from enhanced senses, enhanced physical abilities and wall crawling, he is able to "feel the many threads of time", and see multiple outcomes of the future.

This ability is more effective when he is able to meditate though, and he cannot see very far when he is preoccupied such as in battle, though for things that are serious enough he would feel the thread of a certain future tugging on him hard enough for him to act accordingly. He does not enjoy having to look into other multiverses because in his mind, instead of following a single web on a flat plane it would look more like a huge, multi-directional tangled mess that he can't make anything out of. He can also place psychic threads onto people in order to track their whereabouts. If he has done so, it is basically impossible to fully escape from him. (unless one went through dimensions or planes of existence and such, or finds a way to sever the thread linking them together)
