Obviously, I'm not a very good modeller, but there are some miniscule improvements over the Azazel head I made before. The hair looks quite weird, and the brows look like modelling clay. His face makes him look about 60, toothless, and with too many facelifts. At least the brow-bones are where they are supposed to be this time. Oh, well...EDIT: Some slight improvement. Chin and upper lip need work, though, and the hair looks ridiculous.
EDIT 2: Well, it finally looks half decent. Third time's the charm, despite the puffy lips.
EDIT 3: Added some glasses.

At least you've managed to get Hank's 3D version looking to your satisfaction this time, with the nose, brows and chin looking much better now. It was recognisable as Hank before but I think you've nailed him now, at least in my opinion.

Before I couldn't use the model as a reference to draw Hank's head from any angle, but now I can.

This is your second attempt and it's certainly recognisable as Hank so I don't think it's turned out too badly and hopefully if you try this for a third time it will turn out more to your satisfaction. With that said though I rather like the hair.
