It's a very early piece, so it might be nostalgia π. I've seen that drawing years ago, but since I don't know anything about Street Fighter universe it never really got my attention.

From the later pictures we know this turned out to be a trap in the end since Sabretooth wasn't actually as secured as he appeared. I don't think you can really blame Nightcrawler for falling for it though, he was probably just too tempted.

Here's good recipe for the leftovers. Place them in some marinade made from lemon juice and rosemary for two hours, then heat up some oil, and while frying, pour some sour cream over the meat. It'll be delicious

It's certainly a different position for him to be in, though he'd still be dangerous. As for who would tickle him, I certainly think Nightcrawler would and probably wouldn't see it as anything different from tickling Wolverine. I could also see Mystique tickling him. They were romantically involved in the comics and did have a son, so maybe she did tickle him sometimes. I can also see Gambit being daring enough, at least the version of him in the cartoon seems like he might be bold enough. Maybe even Wolverine might decide to tickle him if only because Sabretooth would find it humiliating.

Having just seen this I think this version with the claws works best of all. He's got the claws on his hands and the fang-like teeth so I think it makes sense for him to have the claws on his feet. As I said in my comment on your last version he's been shown with them on his feet in the comics. Possibly he might manicure his claws but I don't really think he's the type.
