Fan art of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. A gift for my friend and for everyone that remembers this late 80's comics and cartoon.Whew!! I didn't draw these characters for years so it was fun to go back to them. I drew them all the time when I was at mid-school. I did this drawing pencils and inks the traditional way and added color in PS.

Lo puedes jugar todavia en la computadora con un programa emulador que se llama MAME
Lo unico que es un poco complicado configurarlo pero una vez esta listo vale la pena
para revivir esos tiempos.Β

Here's a test trailer for Michael Bay's TMNT movie [link] looks so serious, like trying to mimic The Dark Knight or something...I don't know. The Turtle looks good but his face is sooo weird.
I like that idea for the Nickolodeon show. Hope they make it more cool and edgy

That trailer makes me think of... a retooling of the series for some reason.
As for the Nick show, I heard Rob Paulsen was gonna be in it, and he played the voice of Raphael in most of the 80's cartoon. He'll now play Donatello. I hope he doesn't use the same voice as back then.

My sons (& my daughter) used to love the TMNT!! I don't know how many action figures of them - including one of Splinter - that I bought them. My eldest son taped one of the TMNT movies over the top of a vhs tape that I had of Michael Stipe from REM doing backing vocals for people & I still haven't completely forgiven him for this.
This is a fabulous tribute to them & their fans, as well as being a lovely piece of art!!!

I loved that series and is very true, I'm still surprised of the things they made Shredder say. He was supposed to be the most badass ninja leader LOOOL

I remember watching the cartoon (the later ones I think) but not reading the comics. orz
The lighting and details are amazing. I think they had improved as well as the coloring.
