Done (or rather finished? )in the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep.The sketch for this was really old. I browsed through my folders and found this thing.

I admit I got a bit lazy at some point with this one, so I didn't put as much attention as I should to the details
I wasn't sure what to 'fix' in it, and now I think I will give it some more time again

I love the piece because it's an awesome composition. Maybe I should point out just two aspects that could be better.
First one, please notice that skin color of her face is different and more yellow than the tone in her arms. Maybe its because light and shadows can be identified as differents colors but it seems like her face is not hers, maybe you should add more pink there.
Second, her wings. I like their shape, but It feels that both are flat. It's because the girl and her clothes have details and there are no shadows between the feathers. I dont know if you did this for any reason but maybe adding shadows her wings could enhance and improve the whole piece.

I think the wings look really weak. Perhaps you may thicken the line a little with blue ink, and add a little gradient, according to where the light comes from.

First off, I love the color.
Secondly, I love the dream-y quality. Her wings almost seem sort of faded, like she's wavering between good and evil. Or she's lost her wings. [ But just wings, period. I mean, come on
She's beautiful. But she looks sad. 
Back to the dream quality. I also like her fingers,and the hem of her dress--which appear to be disappearing. And the little snow flakes(?) falling. All in all a very wonderful, dreamy, sort of melancholy image
