Construite en 1868 par l’entrepreneur Daniel Wilson, cette maison est l’expression d’une superbe maîtrise du vocabulaire architectural gothique. Les détails en bois ouvragé, les linteaux de pierre en ogive et l’agencement de pierre bosselée et de pierre fine sont remarquables. Les propriétaires ont effectué plusieurs travaux au cours des années, comme la réparation des balcons, la reconstruction des escaliers et la restauration des boiseries, tout en respectant le caractère du bâtiment.
