And I was doing so well before I saw Yin Yang. It put me over the edge and I been on a Fav bender ever since

It is fantastic work and everytime you put up new stuff, I remember why I watch you.

I'm beginning to think that you're just hopeless...and after that intervention, too! I bet you haven't been to a meeting lately, have you? I feel badly for you but this is your own doing and no one can save you but you, yourself. I'm sorry if I am in any way contributing to this addition or enabling you. You have to be strong!

Thanks for the nice remarks, btw.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

kdjohnston In reply to LaPurr [2007-01-22 15:22:06 +0000 UTC]

The intervention was successful..at least in the short term. The meetings were always the same thing, "Hi I'm Kevin and I'm a favoholic. It all started when I was a child and my parents gave me crayons for Christmas and I used them on paper instead of eating them like all of the other children...blah blah blah"

You are welcome

A+ on this one. You have done your homework well. A lovely design. The yin and yang is a perfect touch.

LaPurr In reply to lgmac [2007-01-21 20:36:14 +0000 UTC]

Thanks, Lauren! This is more 'homework-inspired', as it didn't fit the criteria for the homework assignment. I like the yin yang transform and applied it to a different fractal formula.

heh
thats great

theres something about that shade of blue that makes we want to go the beach

wait..ive decided, thats what this is, at a feng shui temple, they a have a nice pool they meditate around
the beige bit is the sand and the blue is the water, its quite relaxing..of only it were real

GNOOSH

Nice interpretation! I like the idea of this as a beach and you're right that the colors are perfect for that. Thanks!

LaPurr In reply to Lilyas [2007-01-21 11:04:45 +0000 UTC]

Thanks for the nice words!

This isn't technically my homework, it was simply inspired by this week's lesson. We learned more about transforms and the yin yang transform was one of them. I like the symbol and wanted to expand on the lesson.

Hey, cool Ying Yang clipping!! Is that cool spiral from a Pixel formula texture? I haven't been able to get them that nice.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

LaPurr In reply to JennDixonPhotography [2007-01-21 05:14:38 +0000 UTC]

Thanks! No, this isn't from a pixel formula, which is why I couldn't submit it as homework. The one I turned in is much simpler because of the constraints, but I like it, too.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

JennDixonPhotography In reply to LaPurr [2007-01-22 00:33:44 +0000 UTC]

Ah. I know, the Pixel formula doesn't add for a lot of flexibility at times. Still this particular yin-yang is cool!
