Description
Passion of a PoetThis pen and paper pictures passions pride prayer
From fissures formed fixed flows fullest fine flare
The spirits of starlight significant in sea
That majestic marvel a moniker of me
In twixt the twine we tether to talk
A whisper of the willow in wind that we walk
A greet of gust no gallows in gale
Egress every earned emotion in exuberance exhaled
A wisp of worry, woe, will, whimsy would weal
Softly soothing song or sorrow we seal
To tender talons tacked of tear-filled tact
Fixed frame folly or furious fact
When we will our weal whispered in word
In hallow heaven or hated hell heard
Our soul shines singularity of shrine
Distant dark delumination or dichotomy divine
Living love lusters light of the lust
Tantalizing time in intangible trust
Sharply soaring soul-fire significant in song
Blessed borne beauty by beginnings belong
A regal realm raving rows a rally release
Never dim dark by light's deign decease
A purest passion in powerful poise
Never neglected to nefarious noise
The obstinate obfuscate the ostentation ours
Unheeding here hallows of holding heart hours
Profound perceived in pleasure our pure
Condensation coalesced of consciousness' cure
Reading or write reveals the real
Special of soul within sounds that we seal
While caring we covet the coven of consciousness
In might our majesty, militant or mawkishness
Manifested merry of mind, or macabre morose
Dear darkest shadow during our dose
Or brightest beams born brilliant bear
Separate singularities that sing to the stare
Feeding the feeling of fullest forever
Nary for naught, next to the never
Our heart and soul we instill in the ink
Telling tear-tough truths through all the time-think
A vision or vex that ventures the vary
In softest sweet solace or all we find scary
Compassion they callous, our care is our crime
Dark deeds dawn due distort the divine
The run of the river rise rivulets roam
And here the hallow has heard of our home
The stars in stream so scurry in sight
Where starlight wills wander, whispering light
A darkness the heartless dawn their disdain
Nevermore unique, banal is their vain
Our fancy they've forgotten, fills the full frame
In furious fullest passion: the light of our flame

Then why did you respond, if you don't have the time to answer the question offered? It is poor manners and disrespectfulΒ to reply in a manner of this fashion without answering someone's honest point of inquiry after you decided to take some time to respond in the first place...

I don't have much time to respond these day. I thought a short response of what did stand out to me might be better than nothing incase I never got the chance to read your poem again.. I didn't mean to be disrespectful. sorry

That would be the first two stanzas, I think... and the last. But it's really hard to decide with so many great options to choose from.

The language. Very figurative, very inspiring... especially the last verse, "the light of our flame".
