Water color of the great world war one flying ace.... Snoopy! Not sure if I did the amazing Mr. Schultz any justice here but I am still working on my novice painting skills so take it easy on me. I might tweak this one some more but I was anxious to post it.LAV

I think it looks fine .. I don't think I could have done anything that would have come close to this! But I'd agree with you and say you might be able to bring out some more of the color.
Now for me, I'd be afraid I'd screw it up so badly I probably wouldn't even try .. but if you choose to do so, go ahead, for I have faith in your abilities, Luis!

Yeah. I think it looks a little washed out. I already cheated and went back and outlined Snoopy in ink to give him more definition....I just have not updated the post yet. Painting is fun but scary!

V nice color (colour). Fun glance into the past. Appears to maybe be the moment Snoopy first shot at and missed Baron von Richthofen. No worries we know he gets him in the end!

Don't discount your work. Your right brain will tell you color is good. Go from there. Great start for someone who says they are beginner. You have it for sure. I wish I started out with your eye.

Can you follow me around all day saying nice things to me? I really appeciate your support. I am definitely a beginner with these paints. These first 8 or 9 posts are the first paintings I have ever done. I am coming out of a creative shell late in life and really enjoying it. Thanks so much.
