In this universe, Australia is reduced to an Frozen "Wasteland" instead of a Nuclear Desert. Out of this Wasteland steps Jamerson Fawkes, a Man with an interesting take on the whole Situation. Because despite the sudden climate shift, Australia's Wildlife if still going strong, surviving as a weird mishmash of Arctic and Desert life. Jamerson sees this as a way of combating the ever increasing Global Temperature. He Became an Eco Terrorist, freezing oilrigs solid in the ocean, reforming the Arctic Ocean into a new super-continent, including the now frozen Oceanic Nations of the south pacific.
He eventually was caught and, in a last ditch move to chance the world, he unleashed his ultimate attack, Blitzard. A modifided Version of his standard Cryobomb, straped to a wheel. It travels in a circle around him, spewing freezing fog, trapping himself and everyone around him in Ice.

As a result of this, Earth's temperature swung too far the other way, plunging the earth into a second Ice Age. Cue Mei, Codename Molotov, a scientist who has just finished thawing out Asia and most of Europe. On her travels she met Mako, The one resposible for Australia's initial Freeze and, by extension, Jamerson's resultant insane actions. He blames himself for the current state of the world and is intent on ending this Ice Age, one Iceberg at a Time. Through her use of Fiery blasts and his electrified chains, they have cleared the Ice sheet  down to about Rio.

Reyes and Morison were both members of the secret Soldier Enhancement initiative before they joined OVERWATCH. Morison quickly became the golden boy, easily reaching the position of commander. Reyes resented this, but begrudgingly accepted leadership of the BLACKWATCH covert ops devision. He handled every mission with precision and care. He saw OVERWATCH begin to Fragment, members turning on each other while his old friend came under fire from claims of inhumane action. He tried to to save the organization as Talon took this as their cue to blast the Switzerland HQ to ash. Reyes and Morison where heralded as heroes for their acts saving others from the blaze. Reyes went in to save Morison after a steel beam fell on him, crushing his spine. Morison emerged saying Reyes had sacrificed himself to save him. A statue of Reyes was constructed in The OVERWATCH Memorial Hospital's courtyard. That very night the Statue was Defaced, having a number sprayed across the back by a mysterious figure wearing a longcoat bearing the same number: 44. The "Artist" also wrote the Overwatch motto at the statues feet;
ad quam spectat vigilare et serviet.
Agent 44 has since been looting abandoned OVERWATCH and BLACKWATCH bases, building arsenal of some of the deadliest weapons the OVERWATCH initiative ever built, including the Explosive Rounds for Reyes's custom pistols he now wields

Meanwhile, Morison retreats in grief and submits himself to the scientific testing by Dr Lindholm. In an attempt to make sure no-one else dies on his watch he asks Lindholm to increase his healing factor, reasoning if he had healed faster, his friend wouldn't have had to come and save him, and therefor wouldn't have died. As a result his cells went into overdrive, replicating at an inhuman rate. In essence, he became an undying hypertumor. To counter this, Lindholm accelerated his cell decay to match. Morrison is now effectively a smoking husk. His face shrouded in smoke as his flesh burns away, while still regenerating, gives the illusion of headlessness. OVERWATCH was forcibly disbanded and Morison dropped off the grid without the public ever learning about the final experiment. Now going by the name of the Headless Horseman of Legend, Dulahan is set to make Talon Pay for their crimes.

Hmmm... interesting. That is a new one... Personally I think it would be hilarious to have him switched with Zenyatta. The Tanky Grandpa with sweet metal cinnamon roll sensei. I got this Idea from someone asking who the giant robot was, when referring to Reinhardt's armor.
But that's just me. Like Imagine Reinhardt as an omnic monk. They're all there, meditating, and the camera pans and just.... Nope, cant do it.
