Description
With this work, I wish to bring another look at the game The Legend of Zelda: Link 's Awakening DX, the first edition of the original work. I corrected the mistakes on the overworld map : incoherences, oversights, incomprehensible choices, penalties, cul-de-sac, reduced accessibility... All modifications were made from existing outside tiles. You can report any new detail that has disturbed you with your game design experience or as a simple observation.

MASSIVE DELETION
- A lot of the stairs. Indeed, the available design makes it possible to make impressions of slopes, and the stairs on the surface of the waters can be replanted by climbing plants or obstructive rocks. The obstructive rocks thus crested reappear by resetting the screen. Turtle rock is no longer an unfortunate ancestral giant tortoise who gets killed just after being woken. She now become a secret staircase.
- All Telephone Boothes, as messages can be delivered directly by Grandpa Ulrira.
- All Chests that no one would have chosen to use, rather than bury the contents in the ground.
- All passing Obstruction Holes that do not integrate with the differents zones.
- All Fairy Caves, to make room for a new interior map.
- All Owl Statues, except one in the Face Shrine Region, indicating secrets that have not yet been discovered.
- All Pieces of Heart, because the quest to find the Pieces of Hearts is is similar to the quest for Secret Seashells. In this version, the Secret Seashells are exchanged for Heart Containers.
