Yes, its Kimetsu no yaiba. But i was just surprised and confused (made by Larienne or directly taken from screenshots of the anime).

First time I discovered this series, I saw the scene from the anime where Tanjiro begs Tomioka not to slay his sister. And naturally, I was a bit intrigued.
But that was months ago, perhaps around the time the anime first came out. What I didn't count on back then was the series exploding in popularity (perhaps in a way where it rivals My Hero Academia, which I'm heavily into). And only recently have I been checking out the fandom itself.

A lot of people are treating it like it's the best thing ever, but to me it feels like I've seen this premise before, it also feels like it belongs in the same universe as Inuyasha.
Oddly enough Inuyasha had a similar scenario, where another Demon Slayer practically looses her whole family, except her little brother who is basically an undead drone, kept alive by by a powerful jewel shard, stolen and lost from her, often used as another demon's minion.

It has a premise that's been seen before but the story itself isn't what interests people, it's the lovely animation, the vibrant characters and interactions with others that really brings it to life.Β

sometimes i think that when i draw the things, animals and people that they will be stuck in the position i put them in forever. when i look at your great work i just must think that Nezuko and Tanjiro will be stuck in this moment forever. forever in this pain and struggle and sadness...

Amazing how despite transforming into a demon via an infection caused by exposure to demon blood, she still has a bit of humanity left in her. Powerful, indeed. π’

It might also come up if you put its Japanese name, Kimetsu no yaiba? Β But Demon Slayer should work. Itβs not on netflix but on a website called Crunchyroll.

I haven't, feel like it'll be similar to dororo, annoying female protagonist, Mc whose personality is thick as stone and repeat. I adore the color for the eyes and nails though,

I haven't watched Dororo but I can confirm as a manga reader and anime watcher the girl isn't annoying and the Mc isn't thick as stone, at least most of the time with the exception of a few moments, though if you still don't want to watch it I can respect that
